Thursday Lunchtime Concert – Alana Brook – Organ

Alana Brook, organist.

Alana was appointed Assistant Director of Music, Wakefield Cathedral in the summer of 2023 She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Organists, winning the Turpin/Durrant prize in 2021. She has given recitals at St David’s Cathedral, Ripon Cathedral, Lincoln Cathedral, and at the 2022 Three Choirs Festival in Hereford.

Alana will perform works by Josephine Boulay, Judith Weir & J. S. Bach

The concerts take place 1 – 1.50pm in the stunning setting of the medieval quire with drinks and biscuits served from 12.30pm

Free admission with a retiring collection.
