Suzanne Mclvor: Works on Paper
Visit us in the south nave aisle of the cathedral during the 29th July – 30th August to view some of the amazing artwork by British contemporary artist, Suzanne McIvor.
In this exhibition all of her works originate from sacred spaces; York Minster, Ripon Cathedral, Byland, the Lindisfarne Gospels plus the Abbeys of Jervaulx, Rievaulx and Fountains.
Suzanne has a Masters in Fine Art at Leeds Metropolitan University and has taught Fine Art and Critical Theory at a range of institutions up to degree level. Suzanne has won wards for her art and held solo exhibitions across Yorkshire. You can also see her work in public collections at Walsall, Stafford, Dudley and Leeds Art Galleries.
