Epiphany Festal Eucharist
Join us as we celebrate the feast of Epiphany when we remember Jesus being shown to wise men from the East who symbolise all the nations of the earth worshipping our Incarnate God and offering rich and rare gifts – gold for a king; incense for God; myrrh for one who will suffer and die. These three gifts are offered at the Crib during our service as a sign of our adoration and recognition that Jesus is our Lord and God with us. The word ‘Epiphany’ is Greek for ‘manifestation, showing forth, revealing’.
