Fundraising Events
Ripon Cathedral is a stunning sacred space which attracts over 100,000 visitors annually from far and wide. The building is a holy place of worship, a place of prayer and contemplation, a centre for learning and an important gathering place for a host of events.
These events raise vital funds for the cathedral’s mission to serve the people and communities of North Yorkshire and the Diocese of Leeds, its education programme, music and heritage conservation.
It costs over £4000 a day to run the regular services, the choral music programme, education and community events. By buying tickets to our events you are helping to ensure the sustainability of the cathedral now and for the future.
