Prayer Vigil for Refugee Week

On Wednesday 17 June Ripon Cathedral are holding a Prayer Vigil within the Chapel of the Resurrection for Refugee Week.

(Entry to chapel from garden on south side of the cathedral to the right of the south transept doorway.)

Come and light a candle, enter into the silence, join in guided meditation with us as we pray for courage for those who seek sanctuary and safety. People are free to come and go during this time.

There will be prayer cards for guidance and the chance to light your own candle in the stillness.

Afterwards we will serve light refreshments in the south transept.
