This stunning gown, as featured in The Times, will be worn by Soprano Charlotte Potter as she sings in A Concert of Remembrance on November 6, presented in partnership with Ripon Community Poppy Project.

Congratulations to the Poppy Project’s knitters for their latest fantastic creation, currently on display at Specsavers in Ripon. The dress and 12 foot train contains some 2,000 hand-knitted poppies.

Ripon Community Poppy Project has been awarded the King’s Award for Voluntary Service. This award is the equivalent to an MBE and is the highest award given to local voluntary groups in the UK.
