Written by the members of the Memorials Research Group, this fully illustrated book with colour photography and a complete index, would make a lovely present.

 MEMORIALS TRAIL
Ripon Cathedral has a good collection of interesting wall memorials as well as some beautiful memorial windows. As part of the Heritage Project, a group of volunteers is researching the epitaphs, symbolism, design and materials as well as the lives of some of the people commemorated on these. We have produced a Memorials Trail which should take the visitor about an hour to complete.
